Job summary

Axon, a leader in safety technology, is seeking a Director, Professional Services to lead the Enterprise Technical Program Management team across the Americas, coordinating onsite delivery for large enterprise customers in the United States and Canada. You will drive project scoping, resource planning and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical programs and managers
• Strategic, scalable operational frameworks experience
• Resource planning and forecasting expertise
• Executive stakeholder engagement experience
• Escalation & incident management experience
• SaaS/cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
• PMP or PM certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Technical Program Management team across the Americas
• Coach and grow program managers; hire to scale with demand
• Review statements of work and assist scoping with Sales
• Own operational planning, resource allocation and scaling
• Set performance measures and quality standards
• Provide hands-on operational support on projects when needed
• Escalation point for complex, high-priority issues; protect relationships
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CS and Sales to share insights
• Scale deployment processes and the supporting organization
• Stay current on Axon products and services for high-priority conversations
