Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Professional Services Manager – Field Services to lead customer deployments of Axon public safety technology in the field. This remote US role emphasizes ownership from planning to handoff, with hands-on installation, configuration, and validation across Axon hardware and software.

You will work with public safety agencies, IT teams, and partners to deliver professional deployment experiences, train customers, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on technical deployment/field service.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with customers in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field deployments from prep to handoff.
• Onsite technical lead and deployment contact point.
• Install, configure, commission, validate, and support Axon hardware and software.
• Verify site readiness, infrastructure, power, and prerequisites.
• Perform field testing and system validation.
• Manage multiple deployments with changing priorities.
• Provide technical direction to third-party installation teams.
• Train customers and administrators on deployed technologies.
