Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments for Global customers. You will own programs end-to-end, partnering with product, engineering and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear plans and successful outcomes.

You’ll operate in high-visibility environments, balance customer needs with product capabilities, and drive scalable delivery across multi-product deployments while mentoring peers and advancing Axon’s mission to protect

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise environments.
• Program management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependency, change management.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services to drive aligned execution.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving settings and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs, managing scope, timeline, dependencies and risk.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into executable delivery plans; balance tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted program lead for customers and internal stakeholders with clear communication.
