Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a Director, Professional Services, Enterprise to lead the Enterprise Technical Program Management team across the Americas, driving delivery excellence for large enterprise customers.

You will own scoping, planning, resource management and coaching, with 30-50% travel and remote work from the United States, reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Must lead large-scale enterprise programs and teams.
• Experience in professional services delivery for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to coach and grow programme managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Technical Program Management team across the Americas with accountability for delivery quality.
• Develop future leaders and succession plans for senior program managers.
• Review statements of work and scopes with Sales to guide large projects.
