Axon Enterprise is seeking a remote-oriented professional services engineer to deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for the Axon Fleet platform. You will work with clients across the United States, travel 100% domestically on site as needed, and report to senior managers in Professional Services.

The role emphasizes customer-focused deployment, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation.
• A+ or Network+ or equivalent preferred.
• Domestic travel required; ability to work remotely within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist clients to monitor software implementations and customize as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for customer technical contacts and end users on Axon products.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of network systems.
• Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests.
• Deliver timely deployment reports.
• Engage with technology decision makers and program managers after sale.
• Escalate product issues to Product Managers during deployments.
