Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager – Field Services to lead customer deployments across the United States. This hands-on role covers installation, configuration, validation, and handoff of Axon technologies in the field, working with public safety agencies and internal teams.

You will manage multiple deployments, train customers, and ensure documentation and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Travel 80–100% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical deployment, field service, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying technology in IP-based network environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Deployments from preparation to customer handoff.
• Install, configure, commission, validate, and support Axon hardware and software.
• Perform site readiness reviews, networking, power, and prerequisites.
• Train customers and ensure proper documentation and handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployment quality.
