Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale experiential projects from brief to execution. You will allocate resources, manage budgets, ensure on-time delivery and uphold THE·TEAM standards across suppliers and internal teams.

You will mentor the Production team, maintain client relationships, and contribute to budgeting, processes and quality control for live projects and pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years operations experience, preferably in experiential, sports or entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication with senior clients and internal teams.
• Lead and inspire team; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital tech, venues, labor and others.
• Regularly communicate with agency and client teams regarding roles, budget, schedules and status.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $500k+; ensure budgeting accuracy and financial targets.
• Develop production schedules and run of shows; enforce deliverable dates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address needs promptly.
• Manage relationships with trusted suppliers and third parties; guide and collaborate with teams.
• Lead and mentor the working team; provide direction and establish best practices in project management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment aligned with company culture and values.
• Support business development for existing and new clients.
