THE-TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to lead the experiential team’s delivery from brief to execution. You will allocate resources, manage operations and logistics, and ensure projects come in on time, on budget and to THE-TEAM quality standards.

You’ll contribute to department operations, budgeting for live projects and pitches, vendor management, and team development while maintaining strong client relationships throughout engagement lifecycles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in experiential, sports or entertainment fields preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with THE-TEAM account teams to meet objectives and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships (audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, venues, labor).
• Communicate budget, schedules and status with clients and teams.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $500k+.
• Create production schedules and run of shows; enforce deliverable dates.
• Build and maintain client relationships; address needs promptly.
• Lead and mentor production team; promote best practices in PM.
