Job summary

THETEAM in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Production to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale agency projects from brief to execution. You will ensure resources, operations and logistics are allocated to meet scope, time, and budget, while upholding THETEAM quality standards.

Work closely with account teams, manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging and venues, and develop production schedules and run of shows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 4–7 years of relevant/ increasing operations experience, preferably in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of experiential landscape and ability to deliver projects from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure flawless delivery within client objectives and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships (audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, venues) ensuring sustainability, cost controls and quality.
• Communicate project status, roles and budgets with agency and client teams.
• Develop, manage and reconcile budgets of $500k+ and ensure targets are met.
• Develop production schedules and run of shows; meet deliverable dates.
• Build and maintain client relationships; address client needs promptly.
• Lead and mentor team members; promote best practices in project management.
