Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Manager, Client Services to oversee and deliver large-scale experiential projects. You will own the day-to-day management of accounts, budgets above $200K, and the development of activation concepts with a collaborative account team.

You will ensure projects stay on time and within budget, React to client needs with strategic thinking, and maintain strong relationships across departments while representing THE·TEAM at industry events and conferences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple components of large-scale experiential projects from brief to execution.
• Oversee budgets of $200K+ and ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop activation concepts and help execute client requests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Attend industry events as needed to present innovative concepts.
