THE·TEAM, headquartered in Los Angeles with a global footprint, seeks a Senior Manager, Client Services to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from brief to execution. Lead cross-functional account teams, manage client relationships and budget ownership for multiple activations, while maintaining quality aligned to client objectives.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of agency experience in experiential, sports or entertainment, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in any relevant field.
• 4+ years of agency experience, preferably in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Familiarity with motorsports/F1 and golf spaces is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage client needs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of medium/large-scale projects with account team support.
• Coordinate with others to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Plan workflows based on deliverables and prioritise tasks.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure quality and budget targets.
• Oversee up to three activations simultaneously and reconcile project budgets (up to $1.5M).
