Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Director, Experiential Operations & Production to lead end-to-end production for high-volume, quick-turn activations across media, influencer, creator and social-first campaigns. You will ensure safety, quality and budget discipline while scaling repeatable models and partnering with fabrication, AV, venues and vendors.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with multi-budget experience.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for experiential programs and live events, with a focus on high-volume activations.
• Translate creative objectives into scalable production plans while protecting quality, safety and budgets.
• Build and manage a network of production partners across fabrication, AV, lighting, venues and staffing.
• Coach and mentor production team members and contribute to pitches, RFPs and growth opportunities.
