Job summary

THE·TEAM in Los Angeles and globally is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead the delivery of experiential projects from brief to execution. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will manage up to three activations, coordinate with account teams, and guide production and creative teams to meet client objectives. Strong communication and multi-project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years agency experience in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Familiarity with motorsports/F1 and Golf spaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of medium/large-scale projects with support from an account team.
• Coordinate with others to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Plan workflows based on deliverables and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and anticipate needs.
• Oversee up to three activations at once.
• Ensure projects are budgeted to meet financial targets.
