THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to oversee large-scale experiential projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with client teams to meet objectives and budgets, manage diverse vendor partnerships, and ensure sustainability and quality standards across all workstreams.

You will develop and manage project budgets, mentor the production team, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting new revenue opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years of operations experience, preferably in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior clients.

• Oversee and manage elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality, pricing and sustainability standards.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $500k+, ensuring financial targets.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering collaboration and best practices.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business development opportunities.
