Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager on the New Business and Internal Opportunities team to oversee delivery of large-scale experiential marketing projects from brief to execution, coordinating operations, logistics, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will collaborate with account teams, manage vendor relationships, build client trust, mentor the production team, and contribute to business development with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, preferably in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure delivery within budget.
