Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Production for its Experiential Team. You will oversee delivery of agency projects from brief to execution, ensuring resources, budgets, and schedules are aligned with client objectives and THE·TEAM standards.

You will build and manage production budgets over $500k, maintain strong vendor partnerships, and guide the production team toward quality outcomes. A collaborative leadership style and client-facing confidence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–7 years operations experience in experiential/sports/entertainment
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines under pressure, and deliver projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure delivery within client objectives and budget
• Manage vendor relationships for audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, and other suppliers
• Communicate roles, budgets, schedules, and status with agency and client teams
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $500k+ and ensure financial targets are met
• Create production schedules, run-of-show, and enforce key deliverable dates
• Maintain client relationships and address needs promptly
• Coach and develop production team members and promote best practices in project mgmt
