THE·TEAM in New York seeks a Director, Experiential Ops & Production to lead large-scale event projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality. You’ll allocate resources, manage multi-million budgets and mentor a growing production team across accounts.

You will partner with account teams, vendors and clients, shaping execution while maintaining sustainability, ethics and pricing standards. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 9–11+ years of operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage large projects, budgets and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior clients.

Mansioni

• Oversee large-scale project teams for events from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure flawless delivery within budget.
• Manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging, and more.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $2–4M+; track financial targets.
• Create production schedules and run-of-show timelines.
• Build and maintain client relationships; address needs promptly.
• Lead and mentor production staff; drive best practices in PM.
