THE·TEAM in New York seeks a VP, Experiential Operations & Production to lead end-to-end production for complex live programs, translating creative concepts into feasible plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with THE·TEAM quality standards.

You will oversee multiple project teams, manage budgets and a best-in-class vendor network, mentor producers, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in experiential, live events or integrated production, with agency background.
• Fluency across production domains: technical, scenic, fabrication, venue, labor, logistics.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, profitability.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel and uneven hours for live production.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for complex experiential programs and live events.
• Translate concepts into scopes, plans, schedules, staffing, budgets, and contingencies.
• Oversee multiple large teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Own project financial management, including forecasts and vendor commitments.
• Manage production partners across fabrication, AV, lighting, venues, and labor.
• Set safety, risk, permitting, and escalation protocols for onsite production.
• Partner with senior clients and cross-functional leaders to align scope and quality.
• Coach producers, improve tools and processes, and support pitches and growth.
