Job summary

THE·TEAM in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to lead large-scale experiential projects from brief to execution. You will coordinate operations, logistics and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

You will mentor the Production team, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to department processes and budgets for live projects and pitches. Strong client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years relevant operations experience, preferably in experiential/sports/entertainment.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging, and venues.
• Communicate status, budgets and schedules with clients and teams.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $500k+.
• Create production schedules and enforce deliverable dates.
