The Director, Experiential Ops & Production at THE·TEAM leads large-scale events from planning to execution, ensuring resources, on-time delivery, and high-quality output. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendor partnerships, and budgets up to $2–4M+ while maintaining THE·TEAM standards of sustainability and pricing.

You will mentor production staff, collaborate with account teams, and contribute to business development while upholding client relationships and program objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 9–11+ years of operations experience in experiential/entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong client communication and written skills for outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee large-scale event projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging, fabrication and more.
• Develop production schedules, run of shows, and deliverables.
• Resource and staff project teams and mentor production staff.
