Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production objectives.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, and Operations.
• Coach plant personnel on KPI tracking and performance records.
• Lead problem solving with operations and SMEs to optimize plant performance.
