Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production targets.
• Coordinate with supply chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with cross-functional teams.
• Coach staff on performance tracking and KPI trends.
• Lead troubleshooting and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure MET understanding and use of process automation.
• Own and review KPI trends and safe operations.
