You will coordinate with operations and engineering to meet business goals and act as the technical interface between plant and supply chain. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience, with a focus on safety, compliance, MET, and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Translates business production needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations and Maintenance.
• Coaches plant personnel on measurement tools and KPI trends.
• Ensures MET understanding and utilizes process automation to improve performance.
• Leads root-cause analysis of asset utilization losses and documents findings.
• Maintains daily KPI tracking and responds to plant issues and emergencies.
