The role partners with operations and SMEs to apply MET and automation to improve performance, reduce waste, and meet business goals.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering background preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Translates business production needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain for planning and material flow.
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations and Maintenance.
• Coaches plant personnel on performance metrics and daily KPI updates.
• Drives optimization with MET and process automation; leverages SMEs.
• Maintains daily KPI reviews and timely responses to plant issues.
• Acts as unit technical expert during unplanned events and drives corrective actions.
