You will analyze KPIs, support daily operations, and mentor plant personnel in problem-solving. The role emphasizes MET usage, process automation, and compliance with plant permits to sustain safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant targets.
• Coordinate with supply chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Coach personnel on KPI tracking and performance records.
• Collaborate with operations and SMEs to optimize plant performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions during events.
• Document root causes of asset utilization losses and drive improvements.
• Monitor KPI trends and respond to plant issues and emergencies.
