Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Chemical or mechanical preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production needs into plant goals and drive production planning with Supply Chain.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and SME teams to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and logbooks, review alarm histories, and drive corrective/preventative actions.
• Ensure MET utilization and apply process automation to improve plant efficiency and compliance.
• Lead on-call rotations and provide technical leadership during unplanned events.
• Maintain compliance with operating permits and site integration.
