Job summary

The role requires a engineering bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and US work authorization. Collaboration with SMEs and on-call support are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is required; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in production/operations.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with supply chain for production planning and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, and Operations.
• Coach teams on KPI trends and performance records.
• Lead problem solving with operations teams and SMEs.
• Ensure MET and process automation are utilized to improve performance.
• Diagnose root causes of asset losses and document findings.
• Maintain daily KPI reviews and respond to plant emergencies.
