Job summary

You will work with operations and supply chain to meet business goals, review KPIs, and apply MET and automation to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance and safety. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with US work authorization.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain for planning and materials.
• Determines shutdown timing with various teams.
• Coaches staff on performance metrics and records.
• Applies MET and process automation to optimize performance.
• Leads root-cause analysis for asset utilization losses.
• Maintains daily KPI review and on-call readiness.
