• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, and Operations teams.
• Coach staff on KPI tracking and performance reporting (e.g., conversion costs).
• Lead troubleshooting and apply MET and automation to improve plant performance.
• Document root causes of asset losses and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain daily KPI reviews and respond to plant emergencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and act as a technical expert during events.
