Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, Maintenance.
• Coach plant personnel on KPIs and performance records.
• Collaborate with operations teams to apply problem-solving and technical expertise.
• Leverage MET and process automation to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot with SMEs and document corrective actions.
• Identify root causes of asset utilization losses.
• Review logbooks and alarm history daily to understand operations.
• Maintain daily KPI trends to ensure performance.
• Respond to plant issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Lead during unplanned events and implement corrective actions.
• Improve Raw Material Efficiency and manage yield/waste.
• Ensure compliance with operating permits and site integration.
