Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for production planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with relevant teams.
• Coach personnel on performance metrics and daily updates.
• Collaborate with operations using problem-solving skills.
• Apply plant knowledge and SMEs for optimization.
• Utilize MET and process automation to improve performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions during issues.
• Analyze asset utilization and yield or waste data.
• Review logbooks and alarms to monitor operations.
• Track daily KPI trends to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond urgently to plant issues and emergencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide technical leadership during unplanned events.
• Drive Raw Material Efficiency improvements.
