Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Knoxville, TN to optimize plant operations, resolve issues, and ensure safe, cost-effective production of quality products. You will work across the plant and supply chain to meet business goals and drive continuous improvement.

You will apply technical skills to troubleshoot, analyze KPIs, and lead corrective actions while supporting shift operations and on-call tasks. A degree in engineering and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant operations and resolve plant problems to enable safe, efficient production.
• Coordinate production units to meet business goals and align with supply chain needs.
• Lead and participate in on-call rotations and urgent plant issue response.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise during unplanned events and determine corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and logbooks to drive continuous improvement and compliance with permits.
