Responsibilities

• Translate business production needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for plans, shipping, and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Coach personnel on performance metrics and daily updates.
