Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer for the Knoxville, TN site. The role focuses on optimizing plant operations, resolving issues, and ensuring safe, cost-effective production of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain to meet plant needs (production planning, shipping, raw materials).
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations and others.
• Coach plant personnel on performance measurement and daily updates of KPIs.
