Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer for our Knoxville, TN facility to optimize plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, cost-effective production of high-quality products. You will interface with supply chain, technology and operations to drive short- and long-term plant performance.

The role emphasizes leadership in process optimization, MET utilization, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals and regulatory permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and others.
• Coach plant personnel on performance measurement tools and KPI tracking.
