Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer for our Knoxville, TN site to optimize plant operations, drive safe production, and deliver low-cost, high-quality products. You will act as the interface between the plant and supply chain, coordinating production units and guiding continuous improvement using MET and process automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translates business production needs into plant goals.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain for planning and shipping.
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
• Coaches plant personnel on measurement tools and performance tracking.
• Leads troubleshooting with SMEs and applies MET and process automation.
• Maintains daily KPI trends and responds to plant issues and emergencies.
• Participates in on-call rotation and acts as unit technical expert during unplanned events.
