Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to optimize plant operations in Knoxville, TN. You will apply technical expertise to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the site.

Responsibility includes coordinating with Supply Chain, advising on KPI trends, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals and asset utilization targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translates business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain on production planning, shipping, and raw materials.
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance.
