Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Knoxville, TN to optimize plant operations, resolve issues, and enable safe, cost-effective production of quality products. You will coordinate plant and supply chain activities, drive MET usage, and lead troubleshooting with SMEs to improve performance and compliance.

You will work with operations teams to monitor KPI trends, manage on-call rotations, and uphold safety and permit requirements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Chemical or mechanical preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production needs to plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance.
