Responsibilities

• Translates business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain and operations stakeholders.
• Coaches plant personnel on measurement tools and KPI trends.
• Leads on-site technical expertise during unplanned events and driving corrective actions.
• Evaluates plant performance data and drives improvements in efficiency and waste reduction.
