Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Production Engineer for the Knoxville, TN plant to optimize operations, resolve plant issues, and enable safe, cost-efficient production of quality products. You will interface with plant and supply chain to align goals and improve long-term performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply MET concepts, and leverage process automation to drive efficiency, asset utilization, and safety standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Translates business production goals into plant production targets.
• Coordinates with Integrated Supply Chain for planning and material needs.
• Manages shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Ops and maintenance.
• Coaches staff on KPI tracking and performance reporting.
