Job summary

Dow is hiring a Senior Production Engineer in Knoxville, TN. You will optimize plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, efficient production of quality products. You will interface with plant and supply chain teams to meet business goals while applying MET and process automation insight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; chemical or mechanical preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Translate business production goals into plant production targets.
Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning, shipping, and materials.
Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
Coach plant personnel on performance metrics and daily updates.
