Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Knoxville, TN. You will optimize plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and enable safe, efficient production of quality products while controlling costs.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations and SMEs, maintain KPI trends, respond to plant events, and drive actionable improvements using MET and process automation.

This role requires a bachelor's in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translates business production goals into plant production goals.
• Works with Integrated Supply Chain to meet plant needs (production planning, shipping, raw materials).
• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and maintenance.
