Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations and Maintenance.
• Coach plant personnel on KPI tracking and performance records.
• Lead operations with SMEs to improve plant performance and document improvements.
• Apply MET concepts and process automation to optimize efficiency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve asset utilization losses; drive corrective actions.
• Review daily logbooks and alarm history to understand operations.
