Job summary

RTX is hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution, cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

You will support development and sustainment of airborne electrical products and coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines. The role emphasizes hands-on testing and integration with operations and supply chain, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal design or analysis and DSP.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually; Shift: 1st shift.
