Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

You will provide resources to support development and sustainment of airborne electrical products. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong design and debugging skills in RF/analog/digital domains, and collaboration across operations, supply chain and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with testing and debugging of complex hardware.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production and testing.
• Travel less than 10% annually; shift information: 1st shift.
