Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to lead program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight for airborne electrical products.

Join RTX's ALEGS Department and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering teams; you will troubleshoot hardware, design verification, and support production through the lifecycle. A DoD Secret clearance and a Bachelor's in a STEM field are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually. Shift: 1st shift.
