Job summary
RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to lead cost, schedule and technical oversight across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines to drive production readiness and issue resolution. Travel is less than 10% annually and the shift is 1st.
A DoD Secret clearance is required. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering airborne electrical products and gain RTX Core Certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree is typically required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal design/analysis.
- Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging of complex assemblies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
- Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
- Shift Information: 1st shift.
