Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ for leading production hardware efforts across the product lifecycle.

You will drive cost, schedule, and technical oversight while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure robust, repeatable production results. Required: a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design with hands‑on test experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex cards or electro‑mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve issues in production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 1st shift.
