Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution, including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

The role involves providing resources to drive development and sustainment of airborne electrical products, with a DoD Secret clearance requirement and a 1st shift work schedule. Relocation is eligible.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
• Shift Information: 1st shift
