Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ, to drive program execution, cost, schedule and technical oversight across the product lifecycle for airborne electrical products.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues in production, testing and integration. A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience are required; DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
